We Get Them Ready
for Growth Capital
Many companies that want to raise money are not yet ready for money. Through our advisory arm, we help them get ready for capital, greatly improving their chances of a successful raise.
We Raise Growth
Capital For them
Once a client is ready for prime time, we help them structure an optimal capital raise, and take the lead in executing it, often deploying our own capital alongside that of outside investors. Where appropriate, we work through entities holding all necessary licenses, certifications and registrations.
We Help Clients Deploy
Capital Efficiently,
and Raise Further Rounds
When Necessary
We are a firm that builds and cultivates long-term relationships with clients. Quite often, after a successful raise, we are asked to continue our engagement with a client company, helping it to deploy funds raised judiciously, and optimally positioning it for future rounds of capital, where appropriate.

  • Equity (in partnership with licensed broker-dealers);

MANHATTAN GROUP PPE SOLUTIONS
With the onset of the COVID pandemic, we have teamed up in a joint venture with a best-in-class supply chain management company to provide a turnkey PPE financing and sourcing solution for clients desiring to fulfill and/or finance PPE orders. If you have a PPE need, or have orders you would like fulfilled, we can take care of everything from sourcing the product from FDA registered and certified factories; all manner of quality control and assurance, both before and during production runs, with our own "boots on the ground"; third-party inspection and validation of product; end-to-end logistics including factory pickup, freight forwarding, shipping and customs clearance; and trade financing of all phases of the order, as required by the customer.

If you have PPE supply allocations or capabilities, we can put those to work too through our joint venture, generating the sales (through our in-house and outside contracted sales networks) to absorb that supply and financing the resulting transactions.
